REMstar Legacy Humidifier - Refurbished

This REMstar Heated Humidifier provides heated humidification for older style REMstar CPAP and BiPAP machines. The CPAP stacks on top of this humidifier and hooks into the CPAP or BiPAP machine through a coupler on the water chamber. The heater settings have a range of 1 to 5 and operates between 104 degrees Fahrenheit up to 149 degrees Fahrenheit (Between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius.)

Humidification in conjunction with a CPAP machine is used for comfort. Often the constant pressure down your airway from a CPAP machine can cause dryness in your mouth and discomfort. The humidity helps give moisture which provides comfort.
